In order of importance, what five things do you look for in a job?
challenges,skills,promotion,side of company and environment.

Hours of availability?
10am-6pm Monday-Friday + plus some saturdays.

I'm not sure about 'skills'- the person has skills, not the job, would 'skills required' be better? 'Side of company' doesn't mean much to me- it's not clear.

10am-6pm Monday-Friday + plus some Saturdays

I think that either '+' or 'plus' is redundant.

I don't understand 'side of company' either. Location ('site')? Bigness ('size')? Ethical alignment?
