I unable to understand the control system and I want to ask somebody to help me, Please help me to check this sentense I writed appropiate or not and what Should I improved when I write e-mail to another people.

Sentense : Why some sensor sent directly signal to master control panel and why some sensor sent signal through local control panel and than sent to master control panel.
