can you please correct this termination letter and suggest a good sentence to inform the employee this is a 30 days notice.

Dear.....,

We regret to inform you that your employment with .....has been terminated.
You have been given several verbal and written warning with regard to your work performance. Unfortunately, the management did not find any changes and improvement in your work performance. Hence, the management has decided to remove you from your position as a Sales Executive.

(This is a thirty days notice. His last working day will be after 30 days from this letter issued. Please suggest a good sentence for me)
