Can this be replaced by "the economy of Vietnam" or "the Vietnam economy ?
If it can't, could you please let me know the differences between them ?

I agree with Barb D that "the Vietnam economy" sounds unnatural. Please see amendments to Beankyu's post - there are some important things to note (but please note that I don't agree with the reply that they are both acceptable).
