I don't know which is correct"I worry about my future" and "I am worried about my future".
Please help me. I' m confused now.

I worry (Simple Present)
=> Expresses a routine or habit.
EXAMPLE: I worry about it all the time.

I am worried (Be + Adjective)
=> Expresses a state of being.
EXAMPLE: I am worried. That's how I feel right now.
