Question he's looks good... is this correct?

Today i was searching the word ''hasty'' in Cambridge dictionary..
    It gives this example:

"He's looks good for his age. Not that 55 is old, " she hastily added.

what I want to ask is, what 's abbreviation for?

    has or is or possesion?

    Or is this sentence wrong?

    Thanks for reading...

It's wrong. Just "He looks good for his age."
