Future continuous v/s Future pefect tense
Which one of these sentences is correct:
1. we will go to US Pizza, where Perlee would be reaching earlier than us
2. we will go to US Pizza, where Perlee would be reaching before us
3. we will go to US Pizza, where Perlee would have reached before us
I think number 3 is the correct usage and numbers 1 and 2 are either wrong or not-so-good construction. My fiancee believes all three are equally correct.

Neither - the use of reach does not fit the context.
