In any case, whether SAP is a company name or program, use "has".For singular noun, always use HAS
I have to agree with Dany and babs, but I think I know where your question is coming from... I asked similar question. A company could be referred as 'they' or 'them', and that's probably why you thought it could be plural.
I could be wrong... I'm just another guy studying English as second language.
