Use of punctutation

I am not sure if they are correct. Please advise, thanks teachers!

1. "Oh! Roger, what a surprise!"

2. "Hello Lisa, Happy Birthday!"

3. "Wow! They're lovely,"

1. "Oh! Roger, what a surprise!"
This is fine, but implies quite a long pause before 'Roger'. For an ordinary pause, you would say: "Oh, Roger! What a surprise!"

2. "Hello Lisa, Happy Birthday!"
Yes, that's fine. Or you could say: "Hello, Lisa! happy birthday!"

3. "Wow! They're lovely,"
Not quite: "Wow! They're lovely!"

Other posters may have other views, though!
