    Cool from or not?

    Hello !

    I need you help, please, in the following cases, do we need to use "from"?

    -He knocked off the can FROM the table.

    -He got off FROM the bus.

    You don't need both "off" and "from". You can say:
    He knocked the can from the table.
    He knocked the can off the table.


    -He got off FROM the bus.

    "From" is not necessary at all here.
    He got off the bus.
