Can somebody help me correct these sentences?
1) I was fainted the other day but i do not know what is the reason that it happen. I asked the doctor, what is the caused that lead to faint/ what is the reason for that to happen.
2) The internet service went down/was down for a few minutes before it came back on/before it is operational again.

I fainted the other day but I don't know why. I asked the doctor what he thought caused it.

The internet connection went down for a few minutes.
With your second sentence, the fact that it only went down for a few minutes makes it clear (without stating it) that it then started working again, so I don't think you need the second half of your sentence.
