Dear friends,
"I'm meeting Terry in fifteen minutes at five o'clock."
Does it mean that it's four forty-five, and I'm going to meet Terry at five o'clock?

Yes, it must be 4.45 if it's going to be 5.00 in 15 minutes.
I would add a comma to that sentence, as shown above.
