Are these sentences corrrect?Any differences in meaning?
1.They are playing snow.
2.They are playing in the snow.
3.They are playing with snow.
4.They are playing with the snow.

1- This doesn't work.
2-4 are all fine. The use of 'the' just means that we know which snow you're talking about- the snow that fell last night, say.
