If you mean that you didn't want tea but he made it anyway, the correct word is "refused", not "denied".

He made me drink tea, even though I had refused.
He made me tea, even though I had declined.
I declined his offer of tea, but he made it anyway.

There are several ways to say it, but those are three of them.

    How about:

I declined, but he insisted that I take tea with him.

    ¡Que metijón el tío!

    Hi,

I declined, but he insisted that I should have a tea with him.

Is "to have a tea" common in South African English? I mean, as opposed to "have a cup of tea" or "have tea".

    Hi,

Oops!, my mistake. It should be "I declined, but he insisted that i should have a cup of tea with him". Thanks for correcting me!.

    A learner

Even though I didn't make my choice on tea he made it.
Even though I told him that the tea wasn't my cup of tea at the moment he made it.
