It means 'is my hat impeding you or infringing on your free movement?' 'In one's way' is an adverbial meaning acting as a hindrance or obstacle.

You are helpful to me. I understand what you explained to me. Thanks a lot.
I have another question. I don't understand what "at any kind" means.
"You have no prospect at any kind for the future"
    Please help.
    Thanks.

I think it should be 'no...of any kind', mylevt-- 'You have no prospect of any kind for the future'. This phrase is an intensifier, meaning 'absolutely no':

'I have no interest of any kind in winter sports.'
'There was no brown bread of any kind at the grocery store.'

The embedded phrase 'of any kind' is synonymous with 'of any sort/type':

'I am looking for a girlfriend of any kind.'
'A screwdriver of any kind can function as a can opener.'
