    Dear Raja,

    Mr. Taj is arranging a get together at his residence. He gave me the responsibilty to invite all of you. Please make it conviniety to come and celebrate my birthday party as well . It party is scheduled on next Sunday.

    Taj and I are waiting for you at his residence.

    Is this correct or not??

    You can't use "are" here since the party will be in the future - use "will" or "shall".
    Is this correct or not??
