    Default placing of an apostrophe

    I am on a review committee regarding rewriting of Bylaws. Currently it reads Members' Meetings in several places. Please advise. Thank you.

    You will see it with and without the apostrophe. I'd say both are correct. You could think of it as a possessive or as a noun working as an adjective modifying the meeting.
