Default Cold and cool

Hello!!!
Could anybody explain to me the difference between "cold" and "cool". AS far as I understand, both of them are adjectives but when should I use each of them?
Thank you very much,
Greetings.

In thermometric terms, 'cold' is a relatively lower temperature than 'cool'. 'Cold' is a more neutral or objective word, where 'cool' is often chosen by the speaker to suggest a pleasurable temperature.
