Default Content English Test Questions....

Hello.....I took the CST in English in NY on Saturday and I really dont know if I passed. I'll find out in a month but I wanted to see if anyone in NY took the test recently.

1- I'm not sure, but isn't it generally about the adolescent trying to leave the child's world and come to terms with the adult world?
2- New wrods can come from a number of sources- we can borrow foreign words, adapt existing words, create phrasal verbs, construct words from parts of Latin or Greek forms, etc.

Scuba is an acronym from Self-Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus. You also have portmanteau words like 'brunch'.
