Hello my dear masters,
Would you help me with these terms and sentences.I want to know their meanings and if they have a synonym .Are they common?
1)suffer disaster on disaster.
2)going once,going twice,sold.
3)I was out and about.
4)I don`t know what he was on about.
5)It`s on you.

1-- suffer continued disasters: my dog died, and then my wife came back.
2-- an auctioneer's phrase for notice of a final bid and sale of an item. 'First call for another bid, second call for another bid, sold. No more bids accepted.'
3-- I was mobile and socializing (a rather vague idiom which could be used for a sick person no longer bedridden, or a socialite at large).
4-- I don't know what he was talking loudly and at length about (complaining/proselytizing/extolling/etc.)
5-- You pay the bill.
