correct use of to or for
Is the following sentence grammatically correct? I'm unsure of my usage of "to". Should it be "for" in this case?
My heart is full of love and gratitude to you.

Do you mean that you are grateful for something they have done for you or that you are grateful that they are in your life?
If it is the second then I think 'for'
It is certainly 'my heart is full of love for you'.
