    Default at all

What is worth doing at all, is worth doing well.
What does "at all" mean in the above sentence?

The only reason I agreed to do this at all is because I figure later on when I'm rich and famous, I'll have better things to do than answer people's stupid questions all day long.

What does "at all" mean in the above sentence?

It changes the meaning very little. It just emphasizes that the person did agree to do it.
