it bothers me a lot..
Is there a difference between " What day is it today?" and "What day is today?" Or shall I say the latter is not possible?
also, i'm cofused with some grammar books.
Some use present continuous while some use present progrssive...
IS there a difference?
thank you !
Re: help me!
I'd say 'what day is it today?', but the second sounds fine.
There's no difference between 'present continuous' and 'present progressive'. Unfortunately,, there can be different names for the same thing, which can be confusing. You might even see 'durative'.
