"Nowhere near" rules. Little help needed.
Please explain what is the difference between:
1. I'm nowhere near as skillful as Tom.
2. I'm nowhere near skillful Tom is.
3. Im nowhere near skillful as Tom is.
4. I''m nowhere near skilled as Tom is.
