I have some questions in meaning about some words in ( hamlet ) I'll need the meaning of the whole sentence and the words in parantheses please

1- (Tis ) now struck twelve , get thee to bed .
2- For this relief much thanks, 'tis bitter cold , and I am sick at heart .
3- Tush tish , 'twill not appear .
