    Default refugee

When you say refugee you would most likely put the stress on the second syllable. What about "refugee camp"? Where would you put the stress on "refugee" in this phrase? First syllable?

I put the emphasis on the first syllable all of the time.

Refugee | Define Refugee at Dictionary.com

This allows for the first or last syllable to get the emphasis. Never the second.

Sorry I meant the last one. So basically it's either the first or the last syllable?
