Dear all , I hear some terms in the film but unfortunately I'm not so sure whether I get it correctly or not;however I write it . & I become too glad if you help me with this terms:

1)He's gone off the deep end...
2)you should see a head doctor?

to go off the deep end means to lose it, lose one's mind, act irrationally, to become obsessed with something.
a head doctor is a psychiatrist.
