2) I was pleasant and cooperated. I think that above two sentences are correct. But SomeBody told me that second sentence is incorrect. Why is second sentence incorrect? It's difficult for me. Thanks to read my writing.

"and" joins two like forms. The adjective "pleasant" and the past tense verb "cooperated" are different: Adjective: I was pleasant. Verb: I cooperated. Try, EX: I was pleasant and I cooperated. By leaving out "I" sentence 2) reads like this, I was pleasant and I *was cooperated. (ungrammatical) All the best,

What about this? The boss asked me to work late. I was compliant and agreed. or this: I was bold and stood up to him. or: I was deceitful and lied about it. Sorry, Casi, I don't think that this is a case of non-parallel structure. I think that both of the original sentences are correct, albeit with slightly different meanings. Think about these extensions of those sentences: Sentence 1. I was pleasant and cooperated. I had no choice. Sentence 2. I was pleasant and cooperative, but this time I'd had enough.
