Hello. Yes, this is correct English. (English is always capitalized.) However, this sounds like it is spoken English in a conversation. Good written English would be:
It's no wonder why long distance relationships don't work out.
or...
There's no wonder...
Do you understand the sentence?

In BrE, why is unacceptable. We would use either that or nothing at all:
(It's) no wonder (that) long distance relationships don't work out.

Now that I see this, I think you right, FiveJedJon. I didn't give the best advice.
Using 'that' or nothing at all is right.
How about for a question?
Such as:
Do you wonder why long distance relationships don't work out? Now that sounds correct, right?
But for the statement: yes, use that or leave it out.
(It's) no wonder (that) long distance relationships don't work out.

Yes: with the idea of: Do you ask yourself why...?
Also possible: "Do you wonder that...?
" with the idea of: "Are you surprised that..." This is more of a rhetorical question, and its meaning is not very far removed from the affirmative statement you quote below.
But for the statement: yes, use that or leave it out.
