    Is it natural to say "Please be punctural and bring some food and water, as well as wear comfortable shoes" instead of saying "Please be punctural and we remind you of the necessity of bringing some food and water, as well as wearing comfortable shoes"?

    This is fine: "Please be punctual, bring some food and water, and wear comfortable shoes."
