repository/at a time
Hi
A certain judge says that to his court they bring different applications in boxes and then he adds:
We're also the repository for land deeds, surveys, rights-of-way, easements and the like, which also come to the court boxes at a time.
Does "repository" mean something like "warehouse" here?
How about "at a time"?

Does "repository" mean something like "warehouse" here? Yes - a place for storing a large number of things
How about "at a time"? lots of boxes arrive together, at the same time.
