Default walk on their heads???

Can you help me understand this sentence:
Given that all the people except you are walking on their heads,will you have the guts to say they are wrong?

Hmm. It's an odd saying, or a least one I've never heard before. Nonetheless, I believe it refers to conformity. The others are doing/agreeing to the same thing; it may be unconventional (i.e., walking on their heads) but that's what they, the majority, are doing.
