email of complaint
This is a simple question that I find difficult to ask. My computer's not working and I contacted the company responsible for the software failure five days ago. Nothing seems to be happening and I can't do any work.
I have been unable to work, due to the problem with your software, for seven days now and it has been five since I received the email from you informing me that my request for an Authorization code is being dealt with.
Could you please confirm that my case is being dealt with and that I will soon have a code sent to help prevent any further inconvenience and loss of earnings?
A prompt response would be appreciated.
Any tips that could make my email more concise please? Thanks in advance
