Default Which preposition is better , to or about? Thanks T_T

She told me of ( or about?) her school and her friends as well as what subjects she studies in school. ( Any corrections needed for this sentence? ) Thanks heaps! Help Wanted T_T

Use about:
  • She told me about her school.

If she told you about her school she described her school to you.
