2)How many numbers can you count up to?
3)How much can you count up to?

How high can you count? is the basic and most common question.

1- OK
2 - like it better than #3 but sounds like a question you would ask a kid
3 - "much"? vague...still sounds like a question you'd ask a 5 year old.
