Smile Proficiency Tests

HI, Actually I don't have a doubt. I want to know more about PROFICIENCY TESTS. wich ones are the best for a person hwo doesn't want to study in US and only want to get a good and reliable proficiency certificate?

TOEIC is a generally accepted standard. There are probably proponents of other tests here, too.
