Order of the Ministry approved the list of drugs delivered at the prescription of doctor (medical assistant) at rendering additional free pharmacological assistance to some categories of people who have the right to receive the government social assisance, with the indicaion of the registered prices.

I'm sorry, but this sentence is very difficult to understand. It has far too many unrelated phrases. List all the facts you want to say in their most simple form like this:

Ministry approved the list of drugs
drugs were prescribed by doctor---
some people got free assistance...etc.

I or one of my collegues will try to help you put it into a clear sentence.
