    Default run below the radar

"What if somebody came into town and wanted to run below the radar?"

Doest it mean to keep a low profile?

    Avoid notice.

Usually we refer to flying under the radar, not running.

I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
