Help - Name for a book

one of my friends wrote a book and the book name is

(Auditing and Assurance Human Resources Management)

is it right

or it should be

(Human Resources Auditing and assurance management)

or both of them are wrote and there is another name ?

Can you explain more about the auditing and assurance part? How does that relate to Human Resources?
