Default the correct usage of "TO BE"

dear teacher,
please describe the correct usage of "to be". with how many structures we can use it.Are we bound to use it with adjectives or past participles only or there are some other structures that we can use it with them.

You can use it with adjectives, nouns, present and past participles, pronouns, etc.
