I got the impression from another thread you started, that you made an offer - you quoted a fee for your services. If they accepted your offer/ quotation, then you cannot subsequently re-offer your services.

Did they make a counter-offer with various terms and conditions?

Or is this a different situation?

I don't know if they would really care that you "finally" came to a decision. You are attempting to tell them you accepted the offer. So stick to the relevant facts.

I have accepted your offer. I estimate one year for completion of the work.
