If you call someone a hemorrhoid, you are simply saying he is a real pain in the butt, a nuisance.
Get a hold of yourself - get control over yourself, pull yourself together.
Get your butts home- simply make a quick effort to come home, put things into gear and rush home.
You don't come at me like that- means you don't talk to me that way, don't behave that way with me, etc.
Do the muscle thing - get going, use your muscles, put things in motion by working (using your muscles). Also, possibly exercise, lift weights, etc. Depends on context.
