    Unhappy apologizing Q: feel terrible

    hello i would like some help
    which of these is correct ???
    i feel terrible about not inviting you to the party
    i feel terrible for not inviting you to the party
    ALSO:
    i feel terrible about coping from you
    i feel terrible for coping from you

    i wonder if the preposition has a different stucture....

    Both #1 and #2 are acceptable, provided you have a capital I.

    #3 and #4 mean nothing. I am afraid I cannot even guess what meaning is intended.
