I'm a Chinese student. I only know two idioms in closing an email, written to an acquainted friend, "Take care~", "Talk to you soon/later~". Would you please introduce more? Thank you for your help~

Thank you, Irina~ But, what does "Cheers" mean here? You know, the one I've learned is used as a toast, so, maybe, here, it simply means, "be happy"? Thank you~

'Cheers' can be used as a way of sating 'thank you', and is very common in British English. It can also be used an informal way of ending an email, with a mixture of 'thanks' and 'goodbye'.
