    Default meaning

    dear masters
    i saw these words in some sentences and i need their meanings in text
    1 -creeter( some poor creeters came a_beggin )
    2 - beamed ( Mrs March beamed at them still wearing her outdoors clothes )

    Shouldn't it be critters or creatures, as in animals?
    "beamed" refers to a broad smile.
