I removed to another place/city ?
Can one say ; "I removed to another place/city" and does it have the same meaning as "I moved to another place/city". ?

Re: I removed to another place/city ?
It is not normal in my experience to say a person has "removed" to another location. I see the dictionary has this as a valid use, but I have never heard it used this way.

I agree with Dave.
'I moved to Scotland' or 'I relocated to Scotland' are usually heard in the UK.

"I removed to another place/city" This is possible but it is old fashioned/formal language, rarely used these days.
