kick off a butt
Dear all,
In the following context:
"NOTHING KICKS OFF A LITTLE BUTT THAN A TINY BIT OF A RUFFLE"
***nShe means the ruffle of the jacket in her hand.
"kick off a butt" here means to make it look beauitiful or to make it seem smaller???
Thanks a lot.

Re: kick off a butt
Yes, to enhance.
"little" here does not mean "small"
