Do i have the problem of verb inconsistency in the sentence, "Zaffar is the student that wore glasses yesterday." Could you please explain the error of verb inconsistency with an example.

I don't see any inconsistency here- you are still a students. I would probably say 'was wearing', but 'wore' is OK. Some people might use 'was the student', but there's no real need in ceratin contexts- if a teacher is trying to describe you to a colleague, then the sentence sounds fine to me.![]()
