This is wording in a pleading to be filed in court. Please advise how best to word the following sentence:

Neither purchase order for the Blue nor for the Red Elevation Deck was executed by the parties.

It's a bit unclear- I imagine there are only two puchase orders in total, but the 'neither' makes it sound, at first, as if there were two purchase orders for the blue deck. How about this?:

Neither the purchase order for the Blue Elevation Deck nor that for the Red was executed by the parties.
