Adding information or what I am saying?
For Goodness sake dear colleague. I really do think it would be in the interest of both the team and your good self if a more direct approach could be adopted when clearing the ball.
I want to add, in the future, or maybe 'next time'. Is this extra information, thus needing to be seperated with commas, or is it part of the sentence.

Your rules seem to be confused.
Not all extra information that you add to a sentence needs commas.
Anything you add to a sentence becomes part of the sentence.

Commas are optional here.

Is this an instruction from a football coach to a dithering defender?
He'd be more likely to shout 'FOR F*CK'S SAKE CLEAR THE EFFIN' BALL, MAN!'
